People first design
We believe that developments shouldn’t be created in a formulaic way. They shouldn’t be driven by profit and planning. We started out with the purpose of improving people’s lives and enhancing communities through design, and this belief still drives each and every one of our projects. For us it shouldn’t be all about the balance sheet. At the end of each year, we measure ourselves on what we’ve given back to people in a community – how we’ve made a lasting difference to their lives.
