Located on a forgotten and previously derelict corner of Old Kent Road, this five and six-storey development has regenerated and brought life back to this section of South London’s famous thoroughfare.

In addition to 38 new apartments, the scheme includes a communal landscaped garden with children’s play area, and a communal roof terrace offering views across London skyline, providing all residents with access to greenery and outdoor space. Each apartment also has its own private glazed winter balcony, connecting residents with the outdoors whilst minimising noise levels and helping create a comfortable environment.

The form and facade sit seamlessly within its setting, with the brick reminiscent of the local building vernacular, whilst also creating a contemporary and striking addition to this iconic road.

All of the apartments have now been built and successfully sold.
