We’re a different kind of developer. One that is built on doing the right thing. By building real partnerships. How do we do that? Let’s take a look at The Stack, one of our recent developments in Hackney. We worked with a church landowner whose building was past its useful life. The space was configured poorly and unable to support the growing congregation. So, working closely with the pastor, we designed and delivered a larger modern church with a cafe and community space to accommodate and bring together the growing community, and help build the congregation. 24 new apartments sit above the church providing much need housing in the area, one of which was gifted to the church for use by the pastor. The remaining 23 were sold to successfully fund the church and make the entire development self-sustainable. It’s a community where everyone grows and flourishes.
