This development of nine apartments replaces a tiered residential house to uplift a residential road in leafy Purley. The three-storey building accommodates three two-bedroom residences on each floor, planned to provide ample living space, incorporating generously sized windows and a private balcony. Residents also have access to a communal garden and off-street parking facilities.
The traditional pitched roof masonry structure is complemented by contemporary features including glass balustrade balconies, timber detailing and render finishes that sit comfortably within the local context.
